" The works that are part of this project displays a visual journey through the life of an imaginary artist named Kepa Garraza (my own alter ego), born in 1953 (26 years before my actual birth date) and nowadays become a key figure within the international art scene.This fictional autobiography is told in the form of a large biopic, which begins in the late 70's with the promising career of a young Basque artist, forward in time till showing the rise and strengthening career of the artist to become a genuine cultural icon in the early twenty-first century. This story is built up with multiple scenes where this imaginary artist appears next to the main figures in the world of art, culture and politics of the past 35 years.
